My teaching principle is to create meaningful learning experiences. I emphasize building a solid conceptual foundation by connecting ideas to real-world contexts. Once learners understand how concepts are derived and applied to the world around them, they are better able to see the connections to subsequent and more advanced ideas. This approach enables them to develop understanding and critical thinking skills fostering them for long-term retention and continuous learning journey. 

Metaphor and storytelling best describe my teaching approach. I often use conceptual connections to real-world contexts before gradually guiding learners toward more advanced ideas, step by step. I also set clear milestones throughout each learner’s journey. My lessons are carefully planned and designed in small, manageable chunks, with inclusive practices. Learners’ progress is monitored in real time, with in-class formative assessments and personalized recommendations for further improvement.
