My teaching philosophy is to create a supportive environment where every student is valued. I never judge or compare students, as my grandfather taught me to recognize each person’s unique strengths. I encourage questions, active participation, and learning at each student’s own pace. I also keep lessons simple and clear, avoiding unnecessary complexity. In language learning, I give students space to be creative and express themselves freely rather than focusing only on fixed structures.
My teaching approach is student-centered and interactive. I use scaffolding with clear, step-by-step explanations to help students build understanding and confidence. I also share practical strategies and learning techniques to help them study more effectively and perform better. My approach includes guided practice, questioning, and group work to encourage active participation and responsibility. I also focus on developing critical thinking and independent problem-solving while reducing over-reliance on AI.

I have over 6 years of teaching experience at The Advisor Academy, where I specialize in GED RLA (Reasoning Through Language Arts). My courses are strategically developed to help students develop critical reading, analytical thinking, and effective writing skills—key components for achieving success in the GED examination.
In addition, I contributed to the academic development of the institution by developing the GED RLA coursebook for The Advisor Academy.
